Ms. Davis Safely Located After Public's Help

The Dallas Police Department has reported that Ms. Victory-Phyliss Ann Davis has been safely located.

Previously, police were seeking the public’s assistance in finding Ms. Davis, a 76-year-old black woman with black hair and brown eyes. She was approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed around 239 pounds.

Ms. Davis was last seen on October 2, 2024, around 8:30 PM, in the 1400 block of Jamestown Ct. At that time, she was driving a white 2019 Lincoln MKT SUV with Texas license plate number PPT-2645.

The police thank the public for their assistance in this matter.
